Ivey Court

Ivey Court is the newest housing project in the Agency’s strategic plan. The goal of our agency is to build an inclusive community that provides resources and needed services to veterans. This new housing project will tackle the plight of the homeless in the Goldsboro community. The Agency has identified nine vacant lots in a cul-de-sac one block from the veteran’s resource center. Acquiring these lots and constructing nine tiny homes (or 18 units if lots can be subdivided) will significantly impact the Agency’s mission to mitigate homelessness for our veteran population in Goldsboro.
